I Have A Dream
This famous speech given by Martin Luther King in 1963 (three years before I was born) is the inspiration for my latest series of paintings. Strangely relevant to the BLM movement we are experiencing today; racism is still deeply entrenched in the society and policy of America. Each painting is titled from a fragment of the speech. Please take time to read the speech or listen to the speech again, we are still dreaming, 57 years later, true equity, has not been attained.
Some original works and Giclee prints of this series are available in the Shop.
