The Mud Bus, Marin
The Mud Bus Marin was awarded $12,587 through the County of Marin Community Grants and Investment Program, and received a $1500 donation from Good Earth. This grant supported the Mud Bus, a mobile ceramics project. As the Artist in Residence, I worked in collaboration with the Town of Fairfax, community services programs. I worked with children at Fairfax San Anselmo Children’s Center and Seniors in the Age Friendly Fairfax program.
My Family is a Forest
In 2024, I was awarded funding for this project from the Multicultural Center of Marin and the Marin Cultural Association.
My Family is a Forest explores and highlights lived experiences of multicultural families in Marin County. In a series on art workshops, the families worked together to create collage, paintings, writings, and shared their stories. I painted portraits of each of the families which were exhibited at the Multicultural center of Marin in a wonderful reception, on August 4th 2025.

Community Arts
Artists are agents of Transformation
I consider participation in community arts projects an integral part of my practice. I have envisioned, facilitated, and completed projects in the US, UK, Africa, Haiti, and Brazil. My recent masters degree in Community Arts from Goldsmiths University, London has enabled me to refine my methodology and skill working in the field of community arts.
