The pop us shop was a community art project on Albion Street in Rotherhithe,  South East London in 2015.  The opportunity for this project was born out of a local council program in London to revitalize vacant retail spaces in places with low foot traffic. In the summer of 2015 Sharon opened the doors to a community art studio and hosted over 10 art workshops over the next 2 months.   

In  2-hour Art workshops in painting, drawing and collage participants from local schools, community groups and art groups came and explored nature, history and wildlife of the rich area, which includes the River Thames. Some of the artworks were intended to be part of an outdoor gallery and go up onto hoardings around a demolition project on Albion Street.
